We use Email and the web as the fatest and most environmentally friendly means to keep you informed. We expect that some items may not be relevant, but could be of interest in the future. So we would encourage you to stay on the system, and simply delete non-relevant or archive 'of interest items.' Each mailing we send you carries a link to the resource site and the sign off - Delivered for the Education Information Resource - www.edu-zone.co.uk - by edumarketing.co.uk.

We greatly appreciate your co-operation in forwarding emails to the most appropriate recipient on your staff as a print-out, or as a 'forward' mail.

If any of your staff would like to opt in to this service they can be added to our distribution email list which has been compiled from the published contacts on LA and school websites or listings. They can do this by simply filling in the above form or emailing: subscribe@edumarketing.co.uk.

The Edu-zone services are free to all schools in the UK, without obligation and there are no catches or hidden agendas. We want to provide you with a valued and credible service which utilises today's technology.

Below are some of the FAQs to help you further although we would be very happy to hear from you.

FAQs about Edu-zone and the Edumailing delivery system?

Who uses Edu-zone?

Edu-zone was set up to act as a contact point for schools to help in resourcing classroom equipment and curriculum materials.

Why Edu-zone?

Edu-zone is a dedicated website and resource that supports our Resourcing Service and Product Information.

What has it to do with Edumailing?

Edumailing is the e-mail delivery system that is used as part of the sales strategy by many of the UK educational Suppliers. It helps suppliers by tracking deliveries to measure effectiveness and contact interest.

Can we opt out?

Yes. Under our own code of practice we automatically unsubscribe complaints, and each message carries that option.

What happens if we opt out?

If you opt out you may miss vital information, product news or the opportunity to participate in opinion and dialogue in the future.

Are we automatically removed if we opt out?

Yes. You are automatically removed from the system, but we strongly recommend you don't and would encourage headteachers and office staff to adopt a more pragmatic view that the information you receive is important to someone in the school.

Can we nominate other email addresses to receive information?

Yes. You can very
simply add colleagues and other mail boxes in the school to receive our bulletins.
